Near the village of Stublo is the medieval Uvac monastery located at the bottom of the canyon of the same name river. It is an endowment of Nemanjić Dinasty, and it is known to be demolished and repaired several times. At one time it was one of the richest monasteries. It spent 300 years under debris, until 1998 when it was rebuilt.
